Hand press machine instructions
The method of loading the die: first remove the hopper, the feeder and the middle die plate, and wipe the medium die plate, the die hole and the installed abrasive tool, and follow the steps below:
First insert the lower die into the hole of the lower punch core. The notch of the die must be aligned with the lock screw hole and inserted into the bottom of the hole to tighten the locking screw.
Insert the upper die into the hole of the upper punch and insert it into the hole. Tighten the taper nut with a wrench.
Place the middle mold into the hole of the middle mold. Note that the end face of the middle mold must be on the plane with the middle mold platen. Do not raise it, then tighten the screw.
Press the middle die plate on the upper body, first insert the lower die into the middle die hole, and then manually insert the upper die into the middle die to make the three points into a line, and fix the middle die table on this basis.
The fixing screws under the plate are manually rotated for one week to confirm that the upper, middle and lower molds can be perfectly matched, and the materials are put into pressure test.
Adjust the height of the film. When adjusting, adjust the blade adjustment nut so that it is level with the platen platen at the highest point.
The thickness of the tablet is adjusted to fill the adjusting nut, and the counterclockwise direction is adjusted to increase the filling amount, that is, to increase the thickness of the tablet, and conversely to reduce the thickness of the tablet.
After adjusting the height of the tablet and the thickness of the tablet, the adjustment nut plate is fixed.
Lubrication of the parts, oily parts on the moving parts, pay attention to refueling (oil and butter) before use.
