Fluidized bed drying granulator overview:
The FL series fluidized bed granulation dryer is a granulation drying equipment widely used in the world. It is a device that combines mixing, granulating and drying in the same closed container (ie one-step granulator). Suitable for mixing, granulating and drying powder materials. All parts of the FL series boiling granulation dryer are made of stainless steel, sealed with a silicone rubber inflatable seal, and a dual-flow spray gun controls the particle size. Working principle of fluidized bed drying granulator:
The powder particles of the boiling granulating dryer are in an annular fluidized state in a raw material container (fluidized bed), preheated and mixed by purified heated air, atomized and sprayed into the binder solution, and with several particles Gather. As a binder-containing agglomerate, water in the particles evaporates and the binder solidifies due to continuous drying of the hot air. This process is repeated to form the desired, uniform microporous spherical particles.
