Fluid bed Granulation Dryer Overview:
The fluid bed dryer granulator is a device (ie, a one-step granulator) that combines mixing, granulating, and drying in one and the same closed container.
The working principle of fluid bed dryer granulator:
The material powder particles are in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), are preheated and mixed by the purified heated air, atomized and sprayed the adhesive agent solution, and the several particles are aggregated into the binder. The agglomerates, due to the continuous drying of the hot air, cause the water in the pellet to evaporate, and the sticking agent solidifies. This process is repeated repeatedly to form ideal, uniform microporous spherical particles.
Fluid bed dryer granulator features:
The boiling granulator is easy to operate, easy to clean and easy to maintain. It can be granulated and dried quickly. Granulation, mixing, and drying are done in the same closed room to prevent contamination from contact with the outside world. Ensure that the intrinsic quality of the drug granules meets the requirements of “GMP”.
The contact material of the boiling granulator is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The heat energy of this machine is divided into steam heating and electric heating. The control part is divided into ordinary type and computer type, which can be selected by users.
Improve the fluidity and reduce the dust flying through powder granulation;
