Fluidized bed drying granulator overview:
The FL series fluidized bed granulation dryer is a granulation drying equipment widely used in the world. Working principle of fluidized bed drying granulator:
The powder particles of the boiling granulating dryer are in an annular fluidized state in a raw material container (fluidized bed), preheated and mixed by purified heated air, atomized and sprayed into the binder solution, and with several particles Gather. As a binder-containing agglomerate, water in the particles evaporates and the binder solidifies due to continuous drying of the hot air. This process is repeated to form the desired, uniform microporous spherical particles.
