The three-dimensional powder mixer consists of a base, a drive system, a mixing cylinder and an electrical control system. The mixing cylinder that is in direct contact with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel and the inner wall of the cylinder is precisely polished.
1, the base:
The three-dimensional mixer base is made of steel, and the stainless steel mirror panel is outsourced. The structure of the machine base is reasonable, which can effectively stabilize the whole machine and fully meet the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
2, the drive system:
The drive system of the three-dimensional mixer consists of a motor, a transmission deceleration system, a frequency converter, and a control system to form a transmission deceleration system. The design is simple and reliable. The frequency converter can effectively buffer the inertia of heavy-duty starting, and can also accurately select the optimal position of the barrel during shutdown to facilitate feeding or discharging.
3, mixing barrel:
The two spaces of the three-dimensional mixer mixing cylinder are crossed and perpendicular to each other, respectively, between the main and driven shafts connected by the three-dimensional moving rocker arm, and the mixing barrel is taken out from the barrel body, the feeding end of the straight frustum, and the eccentric cone The material end, the feed port and the discharge device are composed.

The asymmetric design is more conducive to uniform material mixing. When discharging, the discharge port is at the lowest position of the mixing container, and the material is discharged. The discharge valve adopts the uniquely designed butterfly valve of the factory, which has good sealing performance, convenient discharging and no residue.
