The vacuum kneading dryer is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, materials which are easily oxidized at high temperatures, materials which are easy to be kneaded during drying, and materials which must be recovered from steam discharged during drying. After the drying is completed, the material is powdery, so it is suitable for the powdered material, and can be directly packaged after drying, without pulverization. The following materials are dried in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries: suitable for slurry, paste, and powder materials. A heat sensitive material that requires low temperature drying. Easy to oxidize, explosive, strong irritant, highly toxic materials. A material that requires recovery of organic solvents. The material to be dried is slurried, creamy, granulated, powdery or fibrous, and is widely used in the production process of solid sodium alkoxide (potassium).
