Application of the industrial fluid bed dryers
Fluid bed dryer is widely used in food industry for Food powder or granule drying, chemical powder drying, medicine powder drying.
Used for boiling drying of particle material with a size of 0. 1-6mm, and suitable for speedy drying of finished product, intermediate (semi finished product) in such trades aspharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical etc.
GFG high efficiency fluid bed dryer daily maintenance
1.1 GFG high efficiency boiling dryer operator checks the steam valve, compressed air and each range meter before each operation.
1.2 Check whether the upper and lower airbag sealing rings of GFG high-efficiency boiling dryer have protrusions, and whether the flat head screws are loose, to prevent the truck from being damaged when pushed in.
1.3 Check whether the blade of the GFG high-efficiency boiling dryer hopper is too tight, the blade paddle is too tight and the resistance of the material causes the transmission load of the stirring motor to increase, causing the transmission bump to break or the motor to burn.
1.4 Check whether the air pressure of the GFG high-efficiency boiling dryer and the lower airbag sealing ring is below 0.1~0.15mpa. If the air pressure is too high, it will cause the seal to burst. If it is too low, the leakage will not occur, which will affect the production efficiency and drying quality.
1.5 Check if the compressed air pressure of the GFG high efficiency boiling dryer is too high:
1.5.1 It is easy to cause excessive pressure of the hot and cold damper cylinders, so that the damper is broken or the sealant is damaged, and the air leakage affects the drying effect.
1.5.2 The bag cylinder frame cylinder is too large, and the push rod is easy to bend.
2, GFG high efficiency boiling dryer regular maintenance
2.1 Regularly clean the medium-efficiency filter bag once a month, enter from the boiling port of the boiling machine, loosen the frame screw, take out the net bag and soak it with detergent for 30 minutes, then rinse and dry with water.
