Stainless steel mutifunctional pulverizer structure:

The correct operation method of the universal pulverizer:

1. Preparation before operation:

1 Check whether the components are installed firmly, especially the fixing nut of the movable tooth, and tighten the screw;

2 check the cleaning status of the equipment;

3 check the lubrication of the equipment;

4 Check whether the upper and lower pulleys are parallel in the same plane and the belt is tight;

5 There should be no jamming when turning by hand, and the spindle runs freely;

6 The pulverized material is pre-cut into segments, sheets or blocks as necessary to avoid blocking the steel teeth and increase the motor load;

7 Check the materials, pay attention to remove metal foreign objects such as nails in the materials to prevent accidents.

Pulverizer run:

1 Open the collection box door, put a special cloth bag on the discharge opening, and close the collection door;

2 Select the screen according to the product process requirements and install the screen;

3 Check whether the material to be crushed needs to be pretreated;

4 first open the fan switch, then open the motor switch to make the equipment run normally, add materials, adjust the feeding speed according to the fragility of the material and the fineness of the crushing;

5 Before the end of the crushing operation or before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the machine should continue to run for several minutes, and there is no residue in the crushing room;

6 Discharge: Turn off the motor switch, open the collection box door, and take out the materials for use;

7 If the amount of pulverized material is large, it can be repeated until the material is completely pulverized;

8 After the operation is finished, turn off all power switches;

9 Check the equipment for abnormalities and the equipment components are in good condition.

Universal pulverizer operation method:

1. Rotate the handwheel. When it is loose to a certain extent, gently push the handwheel to the left to open the smashing door cover.

2. Loosen the fixing screw of the crushing chamber, remove the ring gear, take out the sieve, replace it with a suitable sieve, and attach the ring gear.

3. Close the smashing chamber door cover and tighten the smashing chamber fixing screws.

4. Open the discharge door cover, connect the receiving bag to the discharge hopper, and then tie the bag.

6. Turn on the power switch. After turning on, perform the no-load test for 1-2 minutes, then adjust the flow rate.
